A few our photos of the La Villita Art Festival in San Antonio… thank God for Larry and all his work! Low turnout for all the artists, but we met a lot of nice people and had a good time.

Your booth is excellent! Looks like a beautiful day and you had a good time. That is always good to meet new people, too.

Larry worked so hard on the booth – and except for the yellow pollen things filling every available crevice and the sporadic wind, both days were beautiful and we had great “art neighbors” around us, so it was good.

I wanted to give a note about our art neighbors, and will add their links as I find their cards… First, I was lucky enough to be given a booth space next to Susan Carlin, who has a permanent gallery at La Villita and she was very helpful and generous: http://www.susancarlin.com/
One of our booth-bound neighbors was Carol Bradley, a jewelry maker from Austin. I bought some beautiful “labradorite” earrings from her – just beautiful and well-priced: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5320312
Another neighbor was Robin H. Roberts who paints large, colorful watercolors that have a great tropical feel to them: http://www.robinhroberts.com/
And I finally found the other card I’ve been searching for! Karen Caldwell Hogensen – a super nice person and elegant photographer – http://www.karenhogensenphotography.com!

Hi Regina,
I hope you are doing well. Thanks for the mention and for the notes on our neighbors.
Thanks also to Larry for volunteering to watch my booth. Neighbors don’t get any better than y’all.
Take care,
Carol
